Hotel Lobby AI processes the information needed to create your videos and run your account.

What we collect

We collect account details, the two photos you upload, your generation settings and prompts, generated videos, payment and credit records, support messages, and standard technical logs such as IP address and browser information.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate your account, generate and deliver videos, calculate credits, process payments, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.

Service providers

We send your uploaded photos and generation instructions to Kie.ai for AI video generation. We use object storage to hold uploads and results, and Waffo to process payments. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not by this site.

Storage and deletion

Your uploaded photos and generated videos are stored so a generation can finish and you can retrieve the result. We do not use them to train our own model. Contact hello@hotellobbyai.net to request deletion of your media or account. Payment and security records may need to be retained to meet legal or fraud-prevention obligations.

Your choices

Generated videos include AI-created audio. You should upload only photos you have permission to use. To ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email hello@hotellobbyai.net.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will show when the current version took effect.
