Terms of Service

Hotel Lobby AI is an independent tool for creating original short videos from two photos. It is not affiliated with the artists, music show, or social platforms associated with the Hotel Lobby trend.
Your photos and instructions
You must have permission to upload and use every photo you submit. Do not upload photos of minors, intimate images, or material intended to impersonate, harass, or deceive another person. Do not request unlawful or abusive content. You are responsible for any music or other material you add to a video after downloading it.
Content policy
You may not use Hotel Lobby AI to create, or try to create, any of the following:
- Sexual, nude, or otherwise NSFW content
- Violent, gory, or self-harm content
- Hate speech, or content that harasses or demeans people based on protected characteristics
- Any content involving minors in an unsafe, sexualized, or exploitative way (we report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities)
- Deepfakes or impersonation: content that puts a real person in a video without their consent, or is meant to deceive others about who said or did something
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights, including copyrighted songs, show footage, or logos
These rules apply to the photos you upload, the instructions you add, and how you use the videos you download.
Reporting. If you see a video made with Hotel Lobby AI that breaks these rules, or that uses your likeness without permission, email hello@hotellobbyai.net with a link or description. We aim to review reports within 2 business days.
Moderation. Requests are checked by our video model provider's safety filters, and we may review inputs and outputs when we receive a report or detect misuse.
Enforcement. If we find a violation, we may block the request, delete the related photos and videos, suspend or close the account, and keep credits used for violating requests. Serious cases, including any involving minors, may be reported to law enforcement.
Generation and credits
Each video has a credit cost shown before submission. We reserve that amount when generation starts and charge it only when the task completes. If the task fails, we return the reserved credits. AI outputs can vary and may not preserve every visual detail of the source images.
Credits are sold in one-time packages and do not expire. There is no recurring subscription in this version of the service. See the Pricing and Refund Policy pages before purchasing.
Availability
Generation depends on a third-party model service and may be delayed or unavailable. We may reject inputs or outputs that violate these terms or service-provider rules. We may update models, prices, or features prospectively; the cost displayed before your submission applies to that task.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available, or that any AI-generated video will be accurate, match your photos, or suit a particular purpose. Results vary from one generation to the next.
To the extent permitted by law, Hotel Lobby AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or the videos it creates. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
