Refund Policy

Failed video tasks

Credits are reserved when you start a video. If generation fails, those credits are released automatically. A completed video uses the credit amount shown before submission.

Purchases

If purchased credits are not delivered, or a payment is duplicated, contact hello@hotellobbyai.net with your account email and payment reference so we can correct the balance or refund the charge. For unused credit packages, contact us within seven days of purchase to request a refund. Credits spent on completed videos are generally not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
